After more than 10 years working in health and safety, I founded Safety Connect with a clear vision: to provide businesses with practical, sensible health and safety support that genuinely adds value.

Throughout my career, I've seen first-hand that health and safety can sometimes become overly complicated, resulting in excessive paperwork and generic advice that doesn't reflect the way businesses actually operate. I believe effective health and safety should protect people while supporting organisations to work efficiently, not create unnecessary obstacles.

My goal with Safety Connect is to build long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism and integrity. Every business is different, which is why I take the time to understand how you operate before providing tailored advice and documentation that is proportionate, practical and suited to your specific risks.

Since beginning my career in Health & Safety in 2015 I have worked across a wide range of industries, including engineering, manufacturing, defence, industrial operations and office environments, including working for a leading health and safety consultancy providing support for companies like Amazon, where maintaining high standards and delivering at pace is essential to the business. I have had various roles from safety advisor, safety specialist, senior safety specialist to safety manager each providing me with experience I can now use to support your businesses.

I hold a Level 6 qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, am a Certified Member of IOSH (CertIOSH) and am currently working towards Chartered Membership (CMIOSH). I also hold an HNC in Engineering, providing me with a strong understanding of technical and operational environments. In recognition of my contribution to the profession, I was honoured to receive the British Safety Council Young Health & Safety Champion of the Year award.
